1419: The  atmosphere   in Prague after  Hus' death  is very  tense.
Several rebels  are prisoned and radical priest  Jan Zelivsky  leads
large masses of  people to the Old Town's council house occupied  by
corrupt councillors,  where the prisoners are kept. The  councillors
refuse demands lodged  by Zelivsky and several people are killed  by
stones thrown  from windows. This act provokes  ennoyance and  leads
to an overt  uprising: the gate of the council  house is broken  and
the councillors are thrown out of windows and killed (the  so-called
First Prague defenestration). When the king hears about this  event,
he is enormously  upset and dies of heart failure. In the night  the
queen with courtiers leaves the city. The hussite revolution  begins
and the rebels   elect Jan Zizka as  their  leader. However, due  to
clashes with  the hussite nobility  willing  to  negotiate   with
Vaclav's brother, the Emperor Zikmund, Zizka leaves Prague,  because
he doesn't want  to have any enemies in his back. He wants to  found
a new  town   called Tabor in south  Bohemia. During  the way he  is
attacked by a  much more numerous royal army near a village  Sudomer
(spring 1420). The  fate of the revollution lies on his back and  he
must use a special tactics that he learned as a mercenary in  Poland
- the waggon wall.

vedenim Jana Zizky

Od smrti Mistra   Jana Husa uplynuly ctyri roky.  Husova slova  vsak
ziji dal, prazsky lid se bouri a zada krale o spravedlnost. Take  na
venkove se lide  schazeji a nejvetsi shromazdeni je svolano na  horu
Tabor.  V Praze roste  duch  vzpoury   podniceny  kazanim   Jana
Zelivskeho. Po  utoku  lidu na Novomestskou  radnici  se postavi  do
cela lidu i  zeman Jan Zizka z Trocnova,  dosavadni velitel  kralovy
straze. Pri zprave   o defenestraci kral  Karel IV.  umira. Zeme  se
rozdeluje na    dva  tabory. Na jedne  strane  stoji mestane,  kteri
provolavaji Zikmunda    za  krale a na  druhe  strane  prosty   lid,
pametlivy jeho  zrady. Tabor se stava  strediskem husitskeho  hnuti.
Dne 25.  brezna    1420 je svedena u  Sudomere  slavna bitva, v  niz
Zizkovy sbory porazily mnohonasobnou presilu "zeleznych rytiru".
