ICE PLANET - the tale of a group of humans trapped millions
of light-years from home on a lonely, frozen planet.
A few hundred years from now an asteroid bearing a strange
ice crystal crashes in the forests of Sumatra. The
authorities turn to an aging, once- famous scientist, who
discovers a warning encoded in the crystal. Soon a
terrifying attack is launched upon the Earth, but the
scientist and a shipful of mostly young cadets escape
through a Space-Time Rend. Catapulted deep into an unknown
galaxy, far beyond where any human has ever gone, they land
on a mysterious blue planet that seems to have been awaiting
them ... the ICE PLANET.
Note; This is the pilot of a new series directed by Winrich
Kolbe, who was also responsible for 24 & some of the Star
Trek series.
A canadian production company has planned to bring us the
series
tho the question is, when? and will it really be done?
Anyway, we decided to release this since a lot of people
might like this and in case the series get released, you can
call it an early pilot.
