I loved you first (even though settings show uhd-bd=0), but these encodes are not UHD discs.
The main effect is increase in bitrate/size as some frames don't go through
||, compressing. Maybe we don't know shit. Also a viable theory :)

General note about UHD encodes:
Apparently some half-assed built-in TV players (confirmed for Samsung TVs), do not like
too many streams on the mkv. If there are more than 20 elements (including video/audios/
subs), playback start glitching. If you have encountered issues, download mkvtoolnix,
load the mkv, uncheck the streams you have no need for, and make a new mkv.
