CCAT decided to keep all extras as well as a 5.1 Spanish audio track and 160
megs of unreferenced black frames in the VIDEO_TS.VOB. As a result the average
bitrate of their release is only 2960 kbps, 40 kbps below the minimum average
bitrate allowed by the rules. Since there were so many complaints about the
poor video quality of their release we decided to strip all extras and keep
the movie untouched as opposed to encoding it with extras. If you want the
extras you'll have to get the CCAT release or buy the DVD when it retails.
