We have included the commentary track by novelist and critic
Tim Lucas, which David Lynch veto'd (he does not want his movies to
have commentaries), and Lucas made available on his blog.
The UNI UK optional English subs are added as well, as the KL
ones are pretty iffy and not in perfect sync.
