A Swedish dude complained that this release wasn't working
on his standalone. Fixed. I also fixed the crash after the
movie playback, cleared the PUOs, fixed the DVD tag, ripped
the dead video title sets (before: 79 files/now: 10 files),
made breakfast, and removed traces of dead audio streams.
Copy all files to the folder with the original image and run the fix.
