Plot

Amerikanisches Remake des niederlaendischen Films "Spurlos
verschwunden": Jeff (Kiefer Sutherland) kommt einfach nicht ueber
das Verschwinden seiner Freundin Diane (Sandra Bullock) hinweg,
weswegen sich das Verhaeltnis zu seiner neuen Freundin Rita auch
als schwierig gestaltet. Als der seltsame Barney (Jeff Bridges)
mit ihm Kontakt aufnimmt, weil er angeblich über Dianes Verschwinden
weiss, ahnt Jeff, dass hier ein Entfuehrer oder Moerder mit ihm ein
Spielchen spielt.
