Bunkers: An American Music Story is a docu-film celebrating the rich
musical history and the incredible artists who've performed, and
continue to perform at the world renowned nightclub, Bunkers Music
Bar and Grill in the Warehouse District of Minneapolis.
This film tells the story of a roadhouse bar that serves as a musical
melting pot of Soul, Rock, R&B and Funk at night, to homemade hot
turkey sandwiches and a cold beer to the regulars who make it their
desitination. It features testimonials and live performances from the
legendary "House Bands". Musical performances include the biggest draw
in the Twin Cities club scene, G.B. Leighton, the premiere Soul and
R&B Horn Band in the Twin Cities, Mick Sterling and the Stud Brothers,
the Funk and Soul tradition of Bobby Vandell's TC Jammers, as well as
special appearances by Ricky Peterson, Debbie Duncan, Melanie Rosales
and others. What happens inside Bunkers is truly an American music story.
Find out why Bunkers Music Bar and Grill is still one of the most
important music rooms in the country.
