Notes

We cows are big fans of the new 5.0 ruleset.  Thanks to everyone who
worked on that and made it finally happen!

Subs were complex on this one, but we did our best to provide a
comprehensive set.  Some details below:
1.  English.Full.SRT - This is a translation of the Japanese audio. OCRed
from track 5.
2.  English.Forced.SRT - Use with English audio. Includes only 18 instances
of non-English text printed in the frame.
3.  English.Stripped.SRT - This track was stripped from the SDH track. Text
matches the English audio track.
4.  English.SDH.SRT - SDH subs that match the English audio track. OCRed
from track 7.
5.  English.Full.PGS - This is a translation of the Japanese audio.
6.  English.Forced.PGS - Use with English audio. Includes only 18 instances
of non-English text printed in the frame.
7.  English.SDH.PGS - SDH subs that match the English audio track.
8.  English.Full.Stylized.PGS - A stylized version of track 5 that puts
subs in black boxes with colorized outlines.
9.  English.Forced.Stylized.PGS - Stylized version of track 6. Includes
only 18 instances of non-English text
printed in the frame.

One thing worth noting here is that the translation used for the full
English sub (tracks 1, 5, 8) does not exactly match the translation used
in the English audio track. Tracks 3, 4, and 7 match the English audio
track exactly. The translations are obviously similar in what they convey,
but they are far from identical.

Tracks 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 are straight from the disc. Track 8 had some errors
in which lines were tagged as forced so we fixed those.  Otherwise, these
are untouched.
