2011-11-23, which puts it under the rule set
High.Definition.x264.Standards.Revision.4.0-HDX, which went into effect
on 2011-01-29.

From the 4.0 x264 standards:
6.3) Must use a separate substream for FORCED subtitles when available
for english movies with foreign spoken parts.

This film contains 9 lines of sign language over 2 conversations that
are part of a forced sub track on the disc. They begin at 00:49:02 and
01:05:24. The MaxHD release did not include these lines in a separate
subtitle track as is required by rule 6.3.

We know, it may seem minor. But without those subs, the viewer misses
out on the content of those conversations. No one wants to go through the
process of realizing they missed something, rewinding to before the scene,
enabling the full English sub track, watching the scene, then disabling the
English sub track again. The playback experience should be seamless.

With this release, we correct that flaw and bring an excellent film up
to the standards set by the 5.0 rule set.

We also included two audio commentary tracks!

One last note: this disc contained a French forced subtitle track that
we opted not to include. As this release doesn't contain the French
audio track, this subtitle track doesn't add anything to the release
and we decided to leave it out (an option detailed in rule 10.1.1).
