The Civil War crippled Sam Christy's right arm and broke his will to fight. But Sam, now a Texas
rancher, may find there are still some things worth fighting for. Four young toughs have ridden into
Trail City and claimed it as easy pickings for their bullying and gunplay. The whole town will be
overrun by lawlessness if decent folks like Sam don't take a stand. Jeff Chandler (Broken Arrow,
Merrill's Marauders) champions for justice in a Western morality tale directed with purposeful
pacing by TV veteran Joseph Pevney. A number of familiar faces peer out from under those cowboy
hats: John Saxon, Jay C. Flippen and Ray Stricklyn among them.
