Here's how it works:
Option 1: Extract the relaese as usual, and watch the mkv as you would
regularly do. Ignore everything else including the /Subs dir.
English subtitles are included in the mkv.
Option 2: Extract the release including the subs in the /Subs directory.
Put these subs into the release dir, where all other files are.
Run mkv2bluray.bat and lean back, this might take a while. Once
it's done you can burn the .iso (it will be in the root folder of
your working drive) onto a DVD9 and watch it on your favorite BluRay
Player or the PS3. You can also go ahead and mount the .iso with
daemon tools or whatever you use, and watch the movie in PowerDvd.
Second option will also have English subs included.
