Detroit - in the future - is crime ridden,
and run by a company. The company develops
a crime fighting robot that develops a
dangerous glitch. Attempting to fix this
problem they resurrect a dead cop and
reconstruct him with a steel shell.

This was ripped from the uncut Criterion
Collection DVD. Its notoriously one of CC's
worst quality DVDs. Because of this we did
a 2cd and used the commentary because there
was extra space.
We do know this movie gets done alot, and
the TDF just did it at the end of January.
But since noone has ripped two and three,
we figured we would do those and include
this one to complete the trilogy.
