NOTES
Well where to begin... in regard to the newly released rule set we must take
issue with the new rule requiring source proof (we were offered the opportunity
to sign but declined). It has no bearing on the technial specifications of the
rip and thus we will be disregarding it. We have no issue with a strict set of
encoding specifications, amicably debated and agreed upon by all groups, but we
will not be forced to kowtow to the lowest common denominator. We have certainly
never been accused of "stealing" sources from somewhere, as it is plain that
we don't operate like that.
We view this development as a sad commentary on the level that things have
sunken to. We intend to do a handful of releases with proof just to lay any
rumors to rest, but we do not intend to continue this practice indefinitely. We
will not be bothered to add this additional tedious step (which only serves to
acknowledge the existence of other lesser methodologies, and provide a
handwriting sample in the process). To go off on a tangent briefly - a warning
about removing exif data from your proof? Really? It was always our understanding
that in the scene ewe enjoyed the company of the best and brightest... who would
find such an amateurish mistake insulting.
According to the new rules this will make us fair game for propering, although
there will be no technical flaws to speak of (probably, my bad on ticking
clock =P). People will still trade our releases, so if you insist on being a
childish lamer then feel free. Also a fuck you! to shitrake nukers who don't
actually release anything. And a greets to our friends and competition =D
So Enjoy!
