WMV do not Re-encode x264. Get an actual source. Also, file
size needs to be dvd9 per the WMV rules that were set.
Note: If you are experiencing stuttering in playback
please burn the wmv to a disc. Burn it as a data dvd and it
will play back fine with no stuttering. Streaming is causing
the video playback to stutter its not our fault. So please
before u blame us just burn it and play it!
