Maria's career started at the Kuressaare Music School, where it was clear
to her right from the start that she wanted to become an artist. He came
to the Danish conservatory because he wanted his music to be played since
he was a child, while in Estonia he was forced to play old well-known
composers.
The creative source of Maria Faust is strongly related to the motif of
her youth and trauma. All of this has raised the issue of women in his
work and how to succeed in the extremely male-oriented music world. The
events of the film are closely intertwined with Maria's mother Tatjana,
who lives in Saaremaa, with whom she likes to go fishing and ponder the
nature of life. An important person for Maria is her husband Ned Ferm,
who is from America.
