PLOT:
Belle is a girl who is dissatisfied with life in a small
provincial French town, constantly trying to fend off
the misplaced "affections" of conceited Gaston. The
Beast is a prince who was placed under a spell because
he could not love. A wrong turn taken by Maurice,
Belle's father, causes the two to meet.

A few notes about this. Demonic's rip was one ivtc too
many hence the proper at 24fps.
If you check this rip at nandub, you will discover
double frames at low motion scenes. Fear not, thats how
cartoons are meant to be. They use half the framerate at
low motion scenes to save having to draw too many
frames.
There is one 5s scene around the 57th minute which has
blended frames. Thats how it was on the DVD, verified by
seperating fields, so nothing that could be done about
This rip is the SE of the movie. There are 3 versions
available, but i believe the differences are minor. Some
credits were cut in order to maximise quality. The
running length excluding end credits is approx. 85.5
minutes.
