This fix
removes the group watermark from the provider ID
removes the layerbreak
removes the useless audio menu
deletes the 'Special Features' button in all menu cells
removes obsolete cells, pgcs and video title sets, and
completely cleans up the dvd structure
Copy files to the folder with the original image and run the batch file.
