You can use the Gobit fix, or you can use this one. Gobit's
will only remove three audio buttons, while this one will
rewrite the entire dvd structure, clean everything up, and
also remove the two streams for forced subs, which became
obsolete when the French and Spanish audios were ripped.
Use the fix from the 'original' folder if you have the
original image from Counterfeit, or use the one in the
'patched' folder if you've already patched it.
Copy all the files to the folder with the original image and run the
batch file. The cmd prompt window will close by itself when finished.
