When Dr. Zorba dies,  he leaves his house to his broke nephew, who
moves  in with  his daughter.  With the  house come  two  unexpected
pluses (or minuses): the house has  13 ghosts which can only be seen
with  a special  pair  of  glasses,  and  there's a  fortune  hidden
somewhere in the house... and someone wants it.  (Why did Zorba have
so many ghosts? He collected them!).

zdedi od podivinskeho strycka  (F.Murray Abraham) skvely stary  dum.
Ale zda se,  ze sidlo ma sve vlastni nebezpecne obyvatele kteri byli
chyceni, aby splnili pravidlo Zverokruhu.  Otec s dcerou se, chyceni
mezi posuvnymi stenami, setkavaji s mocnymi  a pomstychtivymi DUCHY,
kteri znici kazdeho, kdo jim zkrizi cestu. Rodina se nakonec spoji s
tajemnym lovcem,  ktery chce osvobodit v dome uveznene mrtve duse. V
zoufalem  pokusu zachranit se  driv nez  bude pozde,  zivi obyvatele
domu zjistuji,  ze samotne sidlo je hadankou,  ktera obsahuje klic k
okamzite zachrane... nebo zahube.

and install ffdshow filter (http://cutka.szm.sk/ffdshow/).

To watch this movie with subtitles, you  must have VobSub DirectShow
filter installed (http://vobsub.edensrising.com).
Unpack .vobsubs.rar from /VobSubs directory and place it to the same
dir where main movie is, then load the video  in WMP, right click on
the video  and from language menu choose appropriate subtitles.  You
can  access  Vobsub  subtitle  filter  menu  also  by doubleclicking
on  'green arrow'  icon placed  on the  system tray  after movie  is
loaded in your favorite movie player.
Note: Vobsub filter can  handle packed (RAR)  subtitle file, so  you
can use .idx/.rar combo  instead .idx/.sub.  Ripped vobsubs  contain
all subtitle streams  presented on DVD. They are not made  to fit on
cd with .avi file (use .srt subtitles or VobSubStrip - zuggy.wz.cz).
