Release Note.: Once upon a time in the land of SVCD there
was a man called RFtA, they tried to bring
a minority report to the land, but they
didnt follow the rules so they got busted.
Then the CaMeLs came and took the same
report but they blow it. The next day the
land waited for a hero to bring this report
to the land, and a boy named DCi tried to do
his best, but you cant send a boy to do a
mans job. When all hope almost had died
the land saw a new hero rising from the
hangover, it was The Drunken Bastard that
brought the minority report to the land.
now its up to the land government to judge
Reason of this proper is: RFtA bitrate fucked
CaMeL lame reencode
DCi not dvdquality
The DCi release got to high bitrate to and the quality isnt
that good as it should be for an svcd.
We have runned this release in MANY bitrate calcs, some of
them show higher peaks than other, but its under 2500 for
the video bitrate, and both video & audio bitr is ok.
And the quality is alot better than the DCi.
Remember that TDBiSO is mainly a courier group, but we
release what we can get our hands on.
