OK, this encode was really interesting. The Bluray version of Zodiac comes
on 2 discs with. one disc dedicated entirely to the movie (35mb/s video).
So with that kinda bitrate on the source I was expecting something around
a DVD9 encode (like SEPTiCs). Not the case at all, we did an encode at
CRF 18 which resulted in a bitrate of 2100kb/s. Because it was so low,
we dropped the CRF to 16.5 and ended up getting ~2400kb/s. A complete
surprise to me. Anyways... We'll be doing a 1080p for this as well because
we suspect the original release for that is oversized as well (10+GB)
