Plot...........:
Set in Italy sometime between World War I and World War II, this
is the story of a shy man (Marcore) who is sent by his father to
teach at a high school in the big city of Bologna in the hopes that
the city will break him out of his shell so that he can finally meet
a woman and fall in love. Sure enough, he soon meets a beautiful
young girl with whom he falls in love, but she's also blind, which
is a fact not welcomed by his father, who doesn't see her as a
suitable candidate.
