[synposis]
Roy and Irma are a devoted couple,
living in rural Illinois when, at a
party celebrating their 25th wedding
anniversary, Roy inexplicably blacks
out. As he awakens, it is with the
realization that his life must change
forever. Roy confesses to Irma that
he's a woman trapped in a man's body
and that he wants a sex change.
What comes as a surprise to his wife
sends shock waves throughout their
small churchgoing community. Roy must
face their friends, his coworkers and
his own children with the whole new
way of life he has planned - and they
must face him.
What happens to a town, a factory and
a loving marriage when confronted
with such a transformation is all
about being who you are, being in
love and simply being normal.

[notes]
Props to OBUS for getting their SVCD
released a day before ours! However..
Their release was under the SVCD
scene standards for video bitrate.
They didn't include the bitrate in
their nfo, or a SVCDinfo.txt file on
the SVCD disc. (hmmm, I wonder why)
An investigation into their SVCD lead
us to find this following info:
Their SVCD had a max bitrate of 2350
and a length of 113min with credits.
With that info we can see their avg
video bitrate would be a max of 1685
but more likely around 1670 or even
less if they set a minimum bitrate of
300 or more, (which is very likely)
We chopped off a small part of the
ending credits to keep this SVCD
within the 1750kbps video standard.
Sorry about that, but we felt making
it a 3-CD PROPER just for that minute
of ending credits would be silly.
Retail date for this DVD is Oct 7th.
Enjoy our SVCD a few months early!
P.S. The sample has sync issues but
the SVCD will play fine. Don't Nuke!
