Plot:

A group of National Guard trainees find themselves battling
ragainst a vicious group of mutants on their last day of
training in the desert.

Notes:

This dvdscreener was encoded for blurring out serials and
some other warnings now and then. Screen goes b&w sometimes.
Becuz it has no menu and no extra crap and just becuz it's
a dvdscreener the size of this release isn't as big as it
normally is with a retail dvd.

Proper Notes:

Well, where to start?

1) The DVD MENTiON pred has 448kb/s 2.0 AC3 audio. The
original track on the original DVD screener is 192kb/s
AC3. That makes us think they took the xvid and
re-encoded it. To bad for them they used the bitrate for
a 5.1 track on a 2.0 track.
2) The DVD they pred is cropped *exactly* as the xvid.
Coincedence?
3) They have a frame size of 702 * 480, which is not valid
for a NTSC DVD, it should be 720 * 480 as the original
source was.

With those 3 facts present we are positive that they took
the xvid as there source and converted the mp3 audio to that
weird AC3 track they used. It also shows that they dont
have a fucking clue about what they are doing with such a
poor encode. Next time find your own source and stop
touching other encodes to do a poorly re-encode.
