This fix is huge, we know. But it also fixes a lot of shit,
so there is a 42mb size difference between the original and
fixed image. The new one still respects the size limit rules.
This fix will remove the foreign menus, LUs, logos, uncalled
pgcs, dead commands, Fr/Sp forced subs, obsolete video title
sets, the Parental Management, and all unused menu buttons.
Copy all the files to the folder with the original image and run the
batch file. The cmd prompt window will close by itself when finished.
