America. The film depicts corrupt city officials involved in
unthinkable situations with a storyline that is sure to keep you
glued to the screen. With Martial Arts gaining steam over the past
few years and the likes of Jackie Chan and Jet Li finally getting
their due, its no wonder why we are seeing more and more quality
martial arts action films dealing with extreme situations. The
Hollywood community and movie goers have embraced martial arts in
