Inspektor Wing ist der hoechstdekorierte Bulle
von Hongkong, ein prinzipientreuer Tugendbold,
bei dem Schwarzwesten ebenso wie laxe Kollegen
wenig zu lachen haben. Nun aber stoesst seine
Kunst an ihre Grenzen, und zwar ausgerechnet im
Falle einer jugendlichen Gangsterbande, die sich
das Toeten von Cops zum Ziel gesetzt hat. Nach
gruendlich vergeigtem Einsatz verliert Wing den
Job und verfaellt dem Alkohol - bis eine Wette
seinen Ehrgeiz kitzelt.
