RIPPER NOTES:
The reason why we release this proper is because the screener
release of emblem was interlaced and the ViTE release wasn`t
much better either. The ViTE release was running at a nice 29 fps
and was obviously from a bad source (also very blurry picture)
which is already a legit proper reason according to a lot of ppl
in this scene, furthermore the ViTE release had interlaced frames
and several shitframes. Now you might say why don`t you add a
sample of the ViTE rls, well the reason is because it simply
didn`t work because of the use off ogg sound. I tried several
times with OggCut but everytime I got an error.
Anyways, if you see this release as a dupe, feel free to nuke
it for that, but the main reason we release this as a proper
and not as internal is so that everyone who wants it will be
able to get it.
