"Hot Sauce Committee Part Two" was produced by Beastie Boys
and mixed by Philippe Zdar of Super Discount fame.
Zdar adds a certain fatness to the Beastie's combination of raw,
live instrumentation and samples making for a great listen.
"Too Many Rappers" (featuring guest vocals by Nas) meshes
computer game beeps and noise with some hefty low-end low-end,
while "Say It" builds a track from psychedelic drones and sub-bass.
Santigold shows up on dub-pop-reggae gem
"Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win" a future summer single hopefully!
Elsewhere ideas fly around in the controlled chaos of funk and noise
always the perfect platform for the trio's trademark raps.
