PLOT:

Nachdem an der medizinischen Fakultät einer US-Universitaet vier
Studenten kurz hintereinander Opfer mysteriöser Anschlaege
werden, schreibt die Polizei den dringend tatverdächtigen
Dr. Roanic zur Fahndung aus. Journalist Simon Tate, dem
Fluechtigen freundschaftlich verbunden, glaubt nicht an dessen
Schuld. Bei Nachforschungen stoesst er auf die kriminelle
Verschwörung eines Pharma-Giganten bezüglich eines Aids
Heilmittels, gerät ins Visier einer Killerbrigade und findet
Unterstuetzung bei der politisch aktiven Mutter eines der Opfer.
