As far as we can see TMPGEnc is a $90 commercial software for home users.
Now let's assume it was released like that in some country (their nfo says it's Region A. It has to be a native
english country cause of the lack of subs. The Proof shows it's a 20th Century Fox disc. US release is on Anchor Bay, @
Canadian on Alliance, Australian/NZ on Hopscotch Ent. Only English country with a Fox release is UK which should be
identical to ours. However, proof looks nothing ours. It does however look almost identical some BD fan art we found @
on image search: http://tinyurl.com/pu9rpx8 (posted 23/11/2013).
Best guess is they used some home authoring program and created a blu-ray from one of those 1080p webrips you can
get on torrents.
