PROPER notes:
SPARKS' proof shows a Spanish disc (most likely Mexican) from BluRay Region 1.
Currently, those discs have not had their BD+ protection removed by any software,
so we believe that SPARKS did not use the disc in question.
We were undecided how long we should wait with a proper, but a fix for R1 discs could
be released at any moment, because the retail date for Mexico is today (11.11.2014) and the
companies that provide those fixes like to respect those dates, making it impossible
to prove anything beyond that point.
Here's a link to a guy ranting about his R1 disc still not being decrypted just
a few minutes before SPARKS pred:

A .jpg of that post has been included in the /Sample directory of this release as
those threads are deleted once the issue has been resolved.
Proof of the R1 disc has been requested (m2ts sample that contains spanish subs etc.),
but it was not delivered.

Sometimes it feels like a mistake,
Sometimes it's a winners parade,
Delight And Angers,
I guess thats the way it's supposed to be...
