A chilling real-time thriller starring Maisie
Williams as a teenage girl battling with an anonymous
cyber-stalker. Like most other teenagers, Casey
Jacobs is in constant digital communication with her
friends, with their lives played out through texts,
video calls and social media updates. But Casey
experiences the worst that the web has to offer. When
she's targeted by an advanced computer hacker, the
dark depths of the internet are exposed. The plot of
Cyberbully is inspired by dozens of real-life cases.
What happens to Casey is extreme, and framed in a
dramatic format, but most of the events depicted are
possible and have happened to people individually.
