.NOTES
This USA source has the highest bitrate (and 5.1 audio) with almost the same
colors/brightness as the French BD, whereas the Dutch BD is brightened and was
cleaned up around the edges of the image, which resulted in a little loss of details.
I made a hybrid fix by overlaying the bottom two pixels from the dutch source,
they contained less artefacts, then fixed the sides dirty pixels with overlay
and BalanceBorders. There were two scenes that needed 1px bottom overcrop to avoid
the appearance of the artefacts.
