--iNSTALLATiON
Extract the "Final Fantasy IV The After Years" folder to wherever you like
and start the game with "FF4A.exe" or "FF4A_Launcher.exe" to change some settings.
--CHANGE LANGUAGE
Start "FF4A_Launcher.exe" and select "Settings" to change the language
from English to German, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
For Chinese use the following patch and select the
first language (English) at the launcher settings:
- FF4ALang_CHiNESE_3DM-m3Zz
- FF4ALang_CHiNESE_ALI213-m3Zz.exe
- FF4ALang_ENGLiSH-m3Zz.exe (rollback to English)
There were two Chinese translations, one from 3DM and another from ALI213. It's your choice.
--CRACK
The game is pre-cracked with RLD's crack.
Normally there's no need to change the crack, but if you prefer 3DM or ALI213, take a look into the
"Crack" folder.
A backup of the original files and crack is also included.
