Notes:
so got to work on the source and removed black borders top
and bottom, and set proper AR, then appended some filters
to clean video up, like making greys black and fixing colours
as they looked washed to me :) also did other tweaking...
as for audio well just down scaled the bitrate to 192kbps (AC3)
as anything bigger is a waste for CAM tbh.. So enjoy and have fun
