NOTES:

First off video was crap,colourless,contrast and brightness levels way off ....worse point missing footage.
Audio was ok in parts but does have alot of noise,but only audio out at the time.

Right the video we totally cleaned using alot of filers as it lack everything lol.
Once done i thougt,nice and easy sync ....fook,couldn't be more wrong it was worse than john carter to sync
When through it frame by frame and found out the reason why the sync was mega hard....and is also
the read nfo part.

THe video is missing these seconds : 29.5,6.4,5.7,13.5,10.3,7,26,10,14 secs ....9 parts where the video jumps,some worse
than others but roughly 2mins missing.
Anyway after spending another day sitting here AGAIN lol ...finally got it sync or as close as i'm
going to get it lol.

Either for a cam is not too bad and the audio gets better after the first few mins,seems the capper
couldn't keep still at first
so give it time folks,it does get better.
