MakeMKV for videostream to include MEL DV layer/eac3to for the rest!
Chapter names from NTSC DVD. set to matching iframes/scene changes! Additional German
subtitle, corrected the additional frame, tonemapped to match exactly those from UHD
disc - 58% white!
Used the DTS-HD mA 5.1 from the UHD disc, as the videostream for UHD disc added one
additional frame @01:06:57.013 - the TrueHD 7.1 from the Anchor Bay USA Blu-ray,
missing this frame, added 124ms compared to the UHD audio stream!
The UHD audio stream sounded tighter and better in sync - also checked various
sounds like gun fire frame-by-frame and compared timestamps in audio editor!
