a list of all supported wheels have a look in included whatsnew.txt.
For this update you need
A) F1.2014.MULTi2-MOGLi *or*
B) .GERMAN-0x0007 *or*
C) -RELOADED (ignore updated german language file).
NOTE: You still need the crack of 0x0007/RLD or MOGLi initial release,
it's not included.

Unpack, copy updated files from folder 'update' into your installation
directory (overwrite existing files) and play the game.
