open-source tool used in penetration testing to detect and
exploit SQL injection flaws. SQLmap automates the process
of detecting and exploiting SQL injection. SQL Injection

database linked to it, such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle
and many others. These databases often contain sensitive

secrets, financial data and so on. Being able to find SQL
vulnerabilities, and defend against them, is vital. SQLmap
can help in finding these vulnerabilities.
