HP SiteScope
Key features
* Lower total cost of ownership by
consolidating support and maintenance
tasks to a central server
* Monitor over 65 different targets
for critical characteristics such as
utilization, response time, usage and
resource availability
* Leverage the flexible architecture
to scale your solution from
departmental deployment to multisite
environment
To maintain infrastructure availability
and performance you must have real-time
data on your infrastructure components.
HP SiteScope delivers agent-less
monitoring that complements existing
agent-based solutions to help you
maintain the availability and performance
of your distributed IT infrastructure.
This proactive, Web-based software
provides a centralized view of your
entire infrastructure without installing
agents or software on production systems.
You can gain the real-time information
you need to verify operations, stay
apprised of problems and quickly address
bottlenecks.
What's New
VMWare ESX Monitoring
The VMware monitor supports performance
monitoring of VMware ESX and Virtual
Infrastructure applications, including
monitoring resource pool, virtual
machine, and other metrics, and VMotion
support.
SiteScope Server-Centric Report
The Server-Centric Report, unlike
existing SiteScope reports that are
focused on the monitor/group level,
focuses on a target host. The report
displays a graph with predefined metrics
(CPU, memory, and network usage) for a
specific server over a selected
timeframe, and two tables containing the
top five processes running on the server
in terms of CPU and memory consumption.
When clicking a data point in the report,
the two tables are updated to show the
top five processes at that point in time.
Launching the report is done from the
target host name in the target column in
Dashboard. The Server-Centric Report is a
quick and accessible way to troubleshoot
problems on the server, allowing drill
down to the process level.
SiteScope Alert Enhancements
Alert configuration separated from alert
actions.
Added the ability to define different
alert actions using different schedules
for the same alert.
Added the capability to define the when
settings for every alert action.
Added the ability to escalate an alert
according to rules defined by the user.
For example, if an e-mail alert is fired
three times in a row, fire a pager alert.
Added the ability to define both error
and good conditions in the same alert.
This enables getting a good alert when
the status returns to its OK condition,
with some reference to the error alert
and without the need to duplicate the
alert configuration.
Add enabled/disabled information column
to the Alerts pane. This allows quick
disabling of many alerts (Select All and
Disable indefinitely).
Allow sending displayable XML and HTML in
the e-mail alert body.
Allow customizing the subject of e-mail
alerts using templates.
Option to mark alert as closed.
SiteScope New UI Completion
All the features that existed in the old
UI and were missing in the new UI were
implemented in the new UI.
BAC preferences page. You use the BAC
Preferences in order to register
SiteScope to report data to an HP
Business Availability Center server.
Progress Report Page. Together with
SiteScope Health monitoring, the Progress
Report Page provides several key
indicators you use to monitor the
performance of the SiteScope application.
master.config preference page that
includes a table containing all the
master.config settings.
High Availability preferences page for
High Availability installations.
Alert history report. This report
displays the alerts sent over the
specified time period.
Quick search by monitor name and target
host. Allows performing all standard
content operations (cut, copy, paste, and
so on).
Cut and Paste. Added the cut operation to
groups and monitors only.
SiteScope Usability Improvements
New Monitor. Present all monitors in a
table with the ability to find a specific
monitor using a regular expression. In
addition, the user can filter the
monitors by categories. The first
category is Recently Used, displaying the
five types of monitors that were most
recently used.
Enforce name uniqueness under a mutual
parent. For example it is not possible to
create two monitors with exactly the same
name inside one group.
When copying an object onto the location
from where it was copied, change the name
of the new, copied object to object (2).
Using the exact same name makes it hard
to distinguish between the two.
When monitors and alerts are
disabled/enabled, log it to the audit
log.
Allow the user to see only remote
machines defined in the remote selection
window (as opposed to all the ones that
SiteScope discovered). Accelerate the
time it takes for the selection window to
open, and add search capabilities.
SiteScope Dashboard Enhancements
New table in Dashboard. Main features are
columns resizing and paging.
Enable customizing the status tooltip
(for example, to include acknowledge
data).
New SiteScope Template Additions
Addition of the following new solution
templates for monitoring popular
environments:
Window resource solution
Unix resource solution
.NET
Aix Host, Linux host
Template variables improvements
Added the ability to define display order
to template variable and to define
display name for them
Notes and Limitations
SiteScope license deletion takes effect
only after the SiteScope restart.
More than one HP OVO monitor on the same
port can be created via copy operation.
Maximal size of expression in EMS
Integration Configuration File is 4000
characters.
Last page content in alert action wizard
is not saved when you click Back and
Next.
New integration monitors cannot be
created from the old SiteScope user
interface.
You might see the login page when first
entering SiteScope after installation.
You can enter with no user name/password
or close the browser and reopen it.
URL Monitors: Unavailable status is
reported even only if Content Error is
matched.
If an administrator username includes an
underscore in its name, legacy SiteScope
UI cannot be opened.
One cannot define a user with Japanese
characters in either the user's name or
password.
Dependent monitor does not run when
dependsOnRecursive is set to true in
master.config file.
Web service test client (that is used to
test the Technology Web Service monitor)
does not work.
SiteScope 9.0 integration with
Performance Center does not support using
SiteScope alerts from Performance Center.
In SiteScope alerts, when creating an
e-mail type alert action, do not select
Default in the Recipients field. Select
any other recipients listed in the
Recipients field (configured in Mail
Preferences) or enter the intended
recipient's e-mail address in the
Addresses field.
When accessing the SiteScope machine
remotely (using a remote desktop
connection or using a VMWare client), the
browser may be unresponsive. It is
recommended to directly access the
SiteScope interface in a browser.
If you experience a JavaScript error when
opening HP SiteScope Help, disable the
"Show Exception Dialog Box" in the Java
Console and open the help again.

key.
3) Enjoy!
NOTE: iso image contains the setup for
the following operating systems:
* Windows
* Linux
* Solaris
Keymaker will only run under Windows,
sorry guys!
If you don't know how to use it, you
probably shouldn't be using this software
either ;)
There is no autorun on the iso, just like
on the original CD.
N E W S & C O N T A C T
After so many years in the scene, both as
individuals and as a group we've
definately become more refined, with
keygens and retail supplies and not to
mention the latest addition, ebooks. We
hope to bring you more of the quality
stuff we've brought so far and we're
sure, unless a meteorite hits earth or
something that we'll be here for a long
time, on top, as you know us :)
Even though we've grown quite big,
there's always room for more people, and
we're looking for talented
crackers/keygeners who can crack/keygen
most protections like arma/aspr/hasp etc
and suppliers. If you are interested,
