Allplan BCM provides   transparent   CAD and  cost  planning  based  on
understandable quantities,  thereby ensuring  greater construction cost
security. The  program  serves  as a link  between  Allplan CAD and any
localized TAIsystem.Allplan BCM is used for  the purpose of  estimating
quantities and calculating costs.  It  supports  users when  estimating
quantities for technical specifications, which can then  be transferred
to a TAI system and used as the basis for tendering. Allplan BCM offers
cost transparency by providing a range of different analyses.

Allplan BCM  is  an  element  of  Nemetschek's   Design2Cost   solution
for "designing from a cost perspective". Design2Cost makes it  possible
for you to design with costs  in mind and construct  within  a  budget.
