We set this precedent and made it clear it was well within the rules in
Looking.S02E09.PROPER.720p.HDTV.x264-BATV (which is still nuked on EthNet, as are couple of our
other credit based propers, not that we care)
When we set that precedent we made it abundantly clear that that you should only proper for it when
it's one CONTINUOUS INTERRUPTED PLAYBACK. Which it isn't, it's interrupted by the promo for next
week.
There are by our count OVER 120 RELEASES people can proper for if this is the new standard we're going by.
Criminal Minds + heaps of NBC shows which have a few seconds of credits with music which have been
cut by numerous groups
Basically every single release off Showtime/FX/FXX from the past... Ever...
We knew about this kind of shit when we set the precedent that's why we worded it very carefully...
This is nothing more than EthNet once again proving they're a bias network which nukes in favour of certain HDTV groups
WE SET THE PRECEDENT ON THIS KIND OF PROPERING AND THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT WE INTENDED WHEN WE DID.
