The five remaining celebrities are deep in the heart of the African bush, and
with rations running low, Bear challenges them to choose from a selection of

them. After this, expedition leader Meg Hine pretends to be seriously injured
and losing blood. The celebrities have only 40 minutes to make a stretcher and
carry her over scrubland to the extraction point. Can they make it before Meg
dies of organ failure? Finally, the group arrive at their new camp, but there is
one last challenge an assault course before Bear decides who to send home.
