PLOT
The BBC series The Morecambe and Wise Show is one of Britain's
most loved television series and shows the legendary comic duo
at the height of their popularity. In their magnificent
sketches, musical numbers and magical tomfoolery, they
captivated an audience of millions and left a thousand
hilarious memories. The fifth Series of Morecambe and Wise was
broadcast in the UK in April 1971. It was the second series to
be penned by Eddie Braben, who introduced us to "The play wot
Ernie wrote" and first placed them in the confines of their
flat and famous double bed.
