PLOT
One of Australia's most popular primetime television programmes,
the award-winning A Country Practice is a drama series about the
residents of the small country town of Wandin Valley, New South
Wales. This warm series focuses on the town's medical clinic,
hospital, veterinary practice and pub.
Enjoy your favourite memories with Dr Terence Elliott (Shane
Porteous), his junior partner Dr Simon Bowen (Grant Dodwell), the
doctors' receptionist Shirley Dean (Lorrae Desmond) and her
daughter Vicky (Penny Cook), a local vet. And who can forget
Molly (Anne Tenney) and her husband Brendan (Shane Withington),
Bob Hatfield (Gordon Piper), Esme Watson (Joyce Jacobs), Matron
Marta Kurtez (Helen Scott) and Sgt Frank Gilroy (Brian Wenzel).
EPISODE SUMMARY
3x80 Got it Made Part 2
Murray holds Terence at gunpoint and forces him to operate on
Neville to remove the bullet from his arm. Frank steps between
Gabe and Muldoon at the cub when he sees her confronting him
about his accusation that she's been stealing from his store. As
his patients at the clinic and the hospital go unattended, it is
realised that Terence is missing and Cookie and Bob are sent out
to look for him. Meanwhile, the discovery of an airplane in a
field prompts Frank to launch a search for the missing pilot. His
search leads him to the abandoned Mulligan farm where Murray and
Neville are hiding out. Frank's arrival causes Murray and Neville
to attempt an escape, taking Terence with them. Once out of the
farmhouse, Terence is able to get away from the men and a short
shootout between Frank and Murray ensues. Murray and Neville
escape in Terence's truck and drive to Burrigan where they steal
an airplane and make a successful getaway minus the half million
dollars worth of heroin they left back at the farm. Brendan buys
Molly a new green plastic bucket to replace the one Mac and Roy
stole.
