Notes:
Even though the original epguides.com page is broken for some time, it's
clear that the episode listing for this series was in sore shape. In fact,
if you look at the Wayback Machine around March 20, 2013 you'll find that
some editor had fixed the listing. However, we've just used TheTVDb as a
source. Even Wikipedia back in 2005 contains a season division that we
see today on listing sites.

So, we're re-releasing these for three reasons: the series is awesome, to
fix the numbering issues, and finally, because apparently "Rescue Rangers
To The Rescue" was never released when SiNK did Volume 2. Oh, also apparently
2x21 (Normie's Science Project) wasn't included on Volume 1, which led to a
numbering gap, but according to current lists, it was always supposed to be
on Volume 2.

Unfortunately, the remaining 14 episodes have no release date, but are available
on Amazon Video and iTunes, if anybody cares...
