Second F2 Race from Spa. Proper Notes: TROPS didn't bob and they can't bob
because there source is an iptv stream thats already been encoded on the fly
before it gets to them.
EDIT: Turns out they did a re-rip at 50fps, but as their source is already
fucked, it doesn't help, Every other frame is a DUPE because your
source was already encoded at 25fps before it got to you and you can't
use it for any HDTV rls's, everything you pre will be nuked till you
get a real source and start encoding things properly.
