PROPER REASONS:
1) ROTFL release is out of synch in most of the episode (needs +200),
but in some parts it's in synch though!
2) ROTFL quality is HORRIBLE!!! yeah they didn't even do 2 passes,
I watch the beginning it looks good then at about 7min30 it starts
looking like crap, ultra blocky: at the beginning you can see his
jacket clearly, but there you just see tons of blocks lol.
I did the sample of LOL and ROTFL at the same place and ours is 10MB,
theirs is only 5!! (it needed 1284kbit and they only used 584kbit
with their 1 pass "leet" method)
That has to be the worst xvid group ever, not just in TV, among all
xvid groups, cause cheating like that and not doing 2 passes is just
inadmissible; it's not just a one-time, they've been cheating like
that since the beginning, if you haven't banned that group on your
site already, you should think again ;)

Plot
When Megan breaks her curfew, Tony's reprimand goes practically
unnoticed so he decides to take advice from Bernie, who suggests
using "tough love" with his daughter. However, when Tony grounds
Megan, she fights back by "terrorizing" the family with her
outrageous behavior. Meanwhile, "Listen Up" works on a new opening
that Tony awkwardly struggles to get right.
